I love Sharp XF. Very potent stuff! I sometimes open the capsule and take only half of it (even though it tastes horrible and also tends to clump up, making it a little tricky to extract the contents) and that is usually more than enough to light me up. Love Supp Central service and selection of supplements as well. I highly recommend this product...or maybe I shouldn't so that I can grab it all for my self!
